Originally named Te Rauparaha, this exceptional vessel was built in New Zealand in 1938 for a very wealthy family, who made her their prestigious family yacht. Requisitioned during the Second World War by the Royal New Zealand Navy under the pennant Q07, she served as a patrol boat before returning to her original owners.
