With its Holman and Pye design she features a low freeboard, gentle sheerline, and balanced ends. Featuring a deck salon with eyebrow styling, and the now classic three cabin two head layout, the 485 is a sleek and comfortable world cruising yacht that is easily handled by a couple. In production for a decade between 1992 and 2002, in which time thirty-six Oyster 485s were delivered, Pemaquid, named Arway originally, was first commissioned by Bob Crandall, CEO of American Airlines.
