CEDO-NULLI is een in 1933 gebouwde, 7,55 meter lange stalen voormalige voorlamige sleepboot. Het schip werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd als werkboot en heeft gedurende zijn lange bestaan verschillende veranderingen ondergaan. De oorspronkelijke sleepbootfunctie is nog herkenbaar aan de stevige traditionele romp en de klassieke lijnen.
Inmiddels heeft de CEDO-NULLI een tweede leven als recreatieschip. De kajuit is ingericht met een salon, dinette, kombuis.
Als aandrijving heeft het schip een Mercedes-Benz dieselmotor. Deze motor werd in 2015 gereviseerd en vormt daarmee een belangrijk onderdeel van de huidige technische staat van het schip.
De naam CEDO-NULLI, Latijn voor "Ik wijk voor niemand", past uitstekend bij een schip dat na ruim negentig jaar nog steeds vaart.
