This Westerdijk Zeeschouw named Swartenhondt is a very spacious and comfortable zeeschouw with good headroom. The Swartenhondt also has very good sailing qualities. The Swartenhondt was chartered from 2006 to 2017. After 2017 the Swartenhondt was hardly used, if at all, and was kept in outdoor storage under a cover.
This is a project boat whose hull and underwater hull were recently painted (September/October 2024). The Swartenhondt has been given a blue topcoat and the underwater hull/antifouling has been completely redone and is now black. Het betreft hier een opknapper waarvan de romp en het onderwaterschip recent zijn geschilderd (september/oktober 2024). De Swartenhondt is in de blauwe topcoat gezet en de onderwaterschip/antifouling is compleet aangepakt en is nu zwart. Helaas hebben wij hier geen recente foto's van omdat de Swartenhondt weer compleet is ingepakt onder een afdekkleed.
